VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand selected in the vineyard. Following initial pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (30-32°C) in stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts 3 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in November.

Egg whites, gelbentonite

TASTING NOTES
Medium bodied, ruby red colour, fresh and intense, with a fruity bouquet reminiscent of cherries. It is surprisingly delicate on the palate, balanced and velvety, concentrated but smooth. There are no bitter tannins, thus an extremely pleasant wine.
