VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand selected in the vineyard. Following initial pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (30-32°C) in stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts 6 days.
Malolactic fermentation occurs in November.

REFINING IN WOOD
French oak barrels and 3000 L Slavonian oak casks.

CLARIFICATION
Egg whites, gelbentonite

TASTING NOTES
Full body, clear, deep red in colour, wonderful aroma of ripe black cherries on the nose. The palate is warm, rich in extract, highly concentrated and with a pleasantly soft texture, thanks to the sweet and delicate tannins that have been mellowed by ageing in wood.
