VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand selected from the vine, it follows the initial pressing and the fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature (30-32°C) in steel vats rotomacerator. The maceration takes 10 days long.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in November.

White of eggs, gelbentonite
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Muscolar wine, clean deep red colour, wonderful scent of ripe black-cherry. In mouth is warm, rich of extract, really well concentrated with a pleasant soft taste, thanks to the sweet and delicate tannins evolved in the wood ageing.
