The grapes are hand selected in the vineyard. Following initial pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (28-30°c) in steel tanks. The maceration lasts 10 days.
Malolactic fermentation occurs in November.
French oak barrels and 3000 L Slavonian oak casks.
Egg whites, gelbentonite
Highly concentrated, deep red in colour with garnet highlights. The nose releases a, wonderful aroma of roses. It is a very well-balanced, rounded wine, with soft, non-aggressive, elegant tannins. High in alcohol with a densely-woven structure but without excessive oak on the palate. The wine expresses the typical characteristics of Nebbiolo and its terroir.
